On March 18, the Metropolitan Development Commission approved Sabey's Variance petition for a 250 mW data center on 132 acres surrounded by homes. Sabey deliberately filed a Variance instead of a rezoning petition so our community would be denied a hearing before elected representatives on the City-County Council. You will recall the City-County Council overturned the MDC's approval of a Google data center in Franklin Township last year.
Our only recourse is to take the City to Court over the MDC approval. With your help, we will do just that !
